Approval of consent agenda except for 9.17.
Steve - 9.17 - a conveyance of a real estate interest. Excel will not give it back easily.
Susan - I think that is a good idea. I am not prepared to responde to this. This should wait until the next meeting.
Steve - Table it until the next board meeting.
